Our 22mm high impact golf netting is generally used on golf practice cages or for close impact from golf balls where strength and durability is required.
If the golf netting is being erected on a golf cage for close range impact with golf balls, we would recommend golf baffle netting is placed in front of the netting to absorb the initial impact of the golf ball and increase the longevity of the netting itself.
For information, official golf balls can be no smaller than 42mm.
Netting Information
High tenacity, mildew proof, U.V protected, durable. Retains its flexibility at very low temperatures. Does not become rigid under freezing conditions.
Netting Construction
- 210/36 (12z) type 6 nylon twisted twine. The twine is made up from twisted 2820-dtx-nylon yarn x 3 strands to make the finished twine.
- Twine thickness - approx. 1.3mm in diameter.
- Breaking force of twine - approx 48kg.
