This standard 120mm mesh football netting is one of our most popular ball retention products.  It is used for ball retention for footballs/basketballs/rugby balls.

Football Netting Construction

  • The football netting is manufactured from 15/24 HDPE ultra-violet stabilised twine.
  • 120mm mesh size.
  • Twine thickness is approximately 2.5mm in diameter.
  • The breaking force of the twine is approx. 105kg.
  • Approx weight per m2 is 65 grams.

    What's This Football Netting Used For

    • At the top of stands at Football stadiums
    • Containment around Football training pitches
    • Home use (around your garden for example)
    • Perimeter netting around fields
    • Wherever there is not constant high impact from Footballs. Please see Heavy Duty Football Netting for this.

    Our current lead times are approx 2 weeks - this can be more in busier periods.  If you need your netting sooner than 2 weeks, please call us before placing an order to confirm if this is achievable.
